• If you decide to sell privately with us we will charge a fixed fee without commission to cover the costs of the private listing package
• We will fully refund this investment if a HiSpeed Properties agent is able to find a willing buyer and an offer to purchase agreement is concluded between both parties. Buyers

The listing is free of charge. Please feel free to upload as much information about the property you require as possible and the price range. Your contact details will be disclosed to the seller free of charge. You are welcome to use the website to search for the property you require as new properties will be listed.

Letting

If you are a landlord wanting to Let property .The initial listing is completely free of charge. Please feel free to upload as much information about your property as possible, including pictures. (Refer to other pages on this website as examples.) Your contact details will only be disclosed to a tenant when you decide to either purchase a private letting package or alternatively utilise HiSpeed Properties rental management services.

• If you decide to let privately with us we will charge a fixed fee to cover the costs of the private letting package.
• We will fully refund your investment if a rental agreement is concluded between both parties and you decide to utilise our rental management services.

Tenants

Rental Management Services

• A ten percent rental collection fee will be charged
