We will be offering 3 types of Long-term accommodation:

1) The existing accommodation- comprising a huge farmhouse and 2 cottages.
2) A Long stay caravan site
3) A bush camp with lodges, rondavels, chalets, park homes etc.- to be sold off plan. There will also be stands for lease / hire. Including two luxury tent camps over looking the dam

Overlooking an ornamental dam with huge Koi fish one can view the game grazing close by. Including impala, blesbuck,duiker,giraffe,klipspringer,kudu,baboon,porcupine,redhartbeest,scrubhare,zebra,bluewildebeest,gemsbok,tree squirrel and waterbuck. Or just gaze in awe at the splendour of the water Berg Mountains

• The main farmhouse overlooking the awesome Water Berg Mountains and the indigenous bush includes.2 huge double bedrooms, huge Kitchen and lounge. Ideal for family occasions, conferences, team building and group get-togethers.
• Stone Cottage accommodates 4 persons in 2 rooms and has a private kitchen and bathroom.
• Gray cottage sleeps 4 persons in 2 rooms and has a private kitchen and bathroom. It is located close to the main house.

Caravan Site

This is an ideal place to establish a permanent affordable retreat from the city. You can decide when you want to getaway instead of being fixed to a specific timeshare week, or spending valuable time preparing and towing your caravan for a quick break. We are only two hours from Johannesburg.
We will be developing ten rustic permanent exclusive permanent / long stay sites. We also have ample space for storage
Will also cater for international visitors with motor homes

Bush camp development

Our main development will be our Bush Camp comprising a combination of rondavels, lodges and cottages that will include tasteful but affordable finishing.
As this development is brand new, detailed pricing is not available at this stage. The existing facilities will be available from March next year. The launch of our Bush Camp is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2005. We are planning to sell off plan so if you have any specific requirements please advise me of your requirements? I attach a view over the Koi dam to show you some of the natural beauty.
